You guide your team in the field of body repair professionally and disciplinaryly. You coordinate personnel deployment and presence planning, optimize workflows and set clear targets for work quality and quantity. You regularly evaluate the performance, qualification and performance of the employees:inside. In addition, you can support the engineer: both professionally with regard to modern repair techniques in bodywork technology. Your tasks include the performance of disciplinary, labour law and personal policy tasks, while respecting the applicable laws, BMW guidelines and operating agreements. You demonstrate optimization potentials and appropriate measures for process improvement, evaluate them together with the workshop management or the aftersales management and support the implementation.

Complete vocational training in motor vehicles and bodies, ideally also experience in painting technology. Master qualification and further training with relevant professional experience. High social competence and communication skills as well as self-initiative. Customer-oriented and cost-conscious thinking and acting. High quality awareness, commitment and reliability.
