The Models Innovation Manager is effectively bridging the gap between customer needs and models solutions. He is responsible for leading the development, validation and maintenance of models - among others EA, simulation, physical, Machine Learning models- that support our SX EA & Digital portfolio with operational added value for our customers. He ensures their accuracy, consistency and efficiency, while exploring new technologies to remain cutting-edge and deliver strategic value. Key Tasks are: Governance: Design and implement governance frameworks for models, including policies, technological standards, and best practices at SX. Maintain central comprehensive documentation of models. Quality and performance: Ensure validation of the models at customer ́s site regarding accuracy and reliability. Establish metrics and KPIs to monitor model performance. Conduct regular audits and reviews of models to ensure customer satisfaction and identify areas for improvement. Innovation: Lead the creation and enhancement of models, based on customer insights gathering and market search, aligned with SX strategy. Design models and develop strategies to enhance customer experience. Identify emerging trends and technologies. Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, liaise the communication with stakeholders, e.g. CoC leaders, data scientists, RD, EA Level2 to understand and coordinate modeling requirements and implementation. Training and communication: Provide training to team members and stakeholders on model tools and usage. Communicate the benefits and features of new models to customers. Organize demonstrations to showcase innovations.
You have a bachelor ́s degree in information systems, computer science or a related field. A master's degree is preferred; so important for us Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in ideally process management, innovation, EA modeling, simulation, and/or related areas. Skills: Hands-on mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving skills Business-driven thinking Strong leadership and team collaboration skills. Excellent communication Proficiency in modeling tools and software. Strong project management and organizational skills.
