Since demand is growing, we have recently produced two sites: the company headquarters in Waldshut-Tiengen in the Southern Black Forest and in Eschbach im Breisgau, where we have commissioned a new plant with CO2 neutral production in autumn 2023.

You are responsible for the strategic and operational development of our products and systems in the wood-fiber-demming material sector. With a sharp look for market and competition, technical depth and entrepreneurial thinking, you recognize opportunities early on, drive innovations actively and position our solutions in the European market. As a personality with persuasive power, you can clearly point out insights in both English and international audiences.

It's waiting for you Competition & market analysis: You test European competitors, evaluate their products technically and economically and prepare for and cons as a sound basis for decision-making for sales, development and management. Innovation & Product Management: You identify market and innovation potentials, establish a structured innovation process and advance the development of existing products and systems. Requirement & Project Management: You define product requirements (load booklets) and tax comprehensive development projects to market maturity. Business Cases & Basis of Decisions: You develop White Papers with market analysis, business case and marketing approach and make concrete recommendations for action. Customer & Marktfeedback: You analyze complaints, inquiries and customer feedback and gain additional market knowledge by visiting construction sites, trade fairs and industry events. Go-to-Market & Communication: Together with sales and marketing, you develop roadmaps for product launches, define success rates and coordinate implementation. For a smooth flow of information between all participants, you will represent results internally and externally in German and English.

Technical background: Complete study with technical and economic reference (e.g. industrial engineering, civil engineering or comparable) as well as the ability to evaluate technical and economic relations safely.

Technical expertise: Funded technical understanding, ideally in the wood, insulating or building materials industry, with knowledge of material properties and construction structures.

Analytical Strength: You structur complex facts, analyze markets and competitors and derive sound recommendations for action.

Communication and presentation capability: You prepare complex content in a comprehensible and convincing way and present it safely in German and English, even before international stakeholders.

Working & Personality: You work in a structured and self-responsive manner, advance projects in a targeted manner and convince them by means of enforcement, team capacity and professional appearance.

Digital competence: Very good knowledge of English and safe handling of MS 365; Experience with ERP, CRM and BI systems (e.g. ABAS, Salesforce, Qlik Sense) is advantageous.
