Support in the organisation and implementation of a certified coach training Participation in the design, pre- and post-processing and implementation of Train the Trainer Training (online and presence) Support in building services to improve didactic quality Editorial of texts, documents, participant documents, presentations and contributions Creating learning content in various learning tools and platforms after tuning Mitorganisation of (digital) events and webinars as part of the Fraunhofer Academy network Support in day-to-day business and continuous research of current topics and trends

Immatricatedr Studentin in the field of pedagogy, psychology, learning science or comparable degree Interest and ideally first experience in the development and/or implementation of training formats, didactics, quality management and digital learning formats Very good organizational capacity, initiative, precise work Communication strength and good expressiveness desired in the formulation of texts Good MS Office knowledge as well as technical understanding for incorporating into new tools such as learning management systems, digital training tools Creativity and joy in designing texts, images and possibly small videos

You can work as a student* employee in an interesting area of work related to didactics and quality management in relation to the diverse range of training offered by the Fraunhofer Academy. With us, you have the opportunity to introduce your own ideas and creativity, to contribute educational and qualitative aspects of the training programs and to trainer training for our network and other services. You work in a motivated and dynamic team, work with trainers in the Fraunhofer training landscape, have interfaces to many performance areas of the Fraunhofer Academy and insight into the Fraunhofer Society. Working hours are flexible and partly also done in the home office, for the compatibility of study and job. .
