Leadership and future-oriented development of the branch of project development together with the branch manager Bau Self-employed acquisition, negotiation and settlement of land purchase, lease and sales contracts Establishment of cost-effectiveness calculations, budgets and investment decisions Development of project concepts taking into account location, market and user-specific requirements Active support of the projects together with the project management Management of the project team and coordination of internal and external interfaces Establishment and acquisition of professional and disciplinary personnel responsibility, promotion and development of the team Responsibility for the successful implementation of project developments on site and the targeted use of existing resources Reporting to the Management Board Representative of the branch in the internal and external relationship

Requirements: You know the real estate market all year round, are well connected and have experiences in the holistic development of residential and commercial projects. Ideally, you cover both the commercial and technical aspects of project development. In addition to experience in the property and rent equipment, the design and planning of construction projects, these include basic knowledge in the construction planning and construction regulations law. Furthermore, you are confident in the conclusion of purchase, residential and commercial lease contracts and in the marketing of projects to end investors. The following conditions are therefore desired: leadership qualities and a high degree of autonomy, as well as entrepreneurial thinking and acting Extensive experience as a project developer with its own network in the Bonn and the surrounding area, preferably with experience in the management of staff Successfully completed university or Higher education in economics, civil engineering, industrial engineering or architecture, ideally with additional real estate qualification You have experience in the development of construction projects in the areas of housing, industrial construction and commercial real estate Very good knowledge of costing/economic bills, financing and the relationships between real estate and capital markets Solid knowledge of procurement and relevant legislation Good communication skills
