Law firm manager (m/f/d)

We are HSP STEUER Bremen, a modern tax law firm with a wide range of clients, especially small and medium-sized companies from different industries. We work largely digitally and actively support our clients in modernising their processes. You organize and coordinate internal law firm processes and support the standardization and optimization of these processes (ProCheck). You continue to engage and develop digital law firm processes and applications and are a key player for digital tools as well as IT-related processes in everyday business. You regularly work with DATEV templates and take over their creation, care and optimization. You support the management in administrative and organizational questions and take over tasks in onboarding as well as in employee service. In addition, you are an interface between employees, clients and management and participate in digitization and quality management projects.

Your profile You have professional experience in a tax law firm or a comparable service-oriented environment. On your way you have acquired a commercial training or a comparable qualification. A high IT affinity and pronounced digital thinking are an important prerequisite for this position. You work safely with digital applications and ideally bring well-founded DATEV knowledge (e.g. master and master data management). You convince by communication strength, organizational talent and a structured way of working. A safe, professional and binding occurrence is of course for you. It is especially important for us to provide services – both in dealing with clients and in the team. You bring willingness to personal and professional development.
