For one of our well-known customer companies, we are now looking for a material component / production planner (m/w/d) in full time with the perspective of a timely takeover.

Your tasks:

• Material disposition and procurement: Responsibility for the need-oriented planning, procurement and timely availability of production materials.
• Stock monitoring: ensuring optimal stocks from an economic point of view and taking into account production and delivery times.
• Delivery tracking: monitoring of delivery dates, verification of order confirmations and independent initiation of corrective measures for deviations.
• Manufacturing order planning: Creating, controlling and managing production orders taking into account production capacities.
• Supplier communication: Acquisition of offers and participation in the preparation of framework contracts and support of suppliers.
• Interface coordination: coordination with internal departments such as sales, purchasing, production and logistics to ensure smooth processes.
• Document management: administration and storage of order-related documents as well as creation and printing of labels according to drawing specifications.

They bring with them:

• Qualification: Complete commercial training, e.g. industrial businessman, merchant for wholesale and foreign trade management, forwarding businessman, businessman for office management (m/w/d) – alternatively technical training with corresponding professional experience in the field of material management or production planning.
• Professional experience: First experience in the areas of material disposition, manufacturing planning, purchasing or production logistics of advantage.
• Professional knowledge: Secure handling of MS Office, especially Excel, and ideally experience with ERP systems such as SAP.
• Working method: Structured, predictive and self-responsive operation with a pronounced sense of priorities and process optimization.
• Communication strength: sovereign and solution-oriented communication with internal interfaces and external partners – also in English.
• Team skills: openness, willingness to cooperate and joy in cooperation in cross-departmental teams.
