The Claims Management division is responsible for the operational, administrative and financial handling of vehicle damage.

You process and document damage incidents You independently check damage incidents and take the technical assessment (including expert opinions and cost proposals) You communicate with experts, insurance companies and other stakeholders in the damage process You take data management and control for all systems You are responsible for administrative tasks in damage management, including auditing, You enter our customers by phone and email

You have a successfully completed training in the field of KFZ mechatronics or a comparable qualification You bring at least 2 years of professional experience in the car house or the workshop service, ideally in the area of damage management You are characterized by a pronounced service and service orientation – both in internal and external cooperation You work solution-oriented, structured and independent You have negotiating skills and enforcement skills You have good computer skills, especially when dealing with MS Office
