Your tasks Customer support: Support for existing, cancelled and not yet completed bookings via email and phone

Booking management: receipt and processing of travel requests, changes to bookings (e.g. room category, travel participants) and cancellations

complaint management: answering and forwarding Kulanzan questions and complaints to organizers

Communication: Exchange with organizers before and after booking to clarify enquiries and problems

Outbound Calls: Retrieval of Customers and Organisers to Clear Open Points

Your profile Experience in tourism

very good German knowledge (C1 level)

very good spelling and grammar

Handling of PC applications (e.g. MS Office)

Willingness to work on weekends

Willingness to work shifts (restriction only by agreement)
