As Manager IT - SAP Finance & HR Services, you are responsible for IT services in Finance and HR. You lead the team of 8 employees assigned to you and develop it further. You provide stable and efficient IT services for Finance and HR (operation, tickets, change requests, projects). In addition, plan resources and dates, as well as the continuous optimization of IT services and processes. You are responsible for the modernization and transformation of the IT Finance & HR Services system landscape (e.g. migration to S/4 HANA). Furthermore, you are responsible for the selection and control of external service providers, as well as the negotiation within the scope of the purchasing directives. You participate in the strategic development of Central IT (roadmap, budget, investment and personnel planning). You are competent contact persons for executives and employees in all IT issues around Finance and HR.
