Master Electrician as Team Leader Facility Management / Building Services (m/f/d)

To ensure that everything goes reliably, we are looking for you as a team leader Elektro / Haustechnik (m/w/d), who wants to take responsibility and to guide our electric team professionally and humanly. This is what awaits you with us: You conduct our electric team in house technology professionally and disciplinaryly (currently 9 employees) You plan capacity and resources in the team You conduct maintenance, repair and repair work in the field of electrical and building technology You secure the electrical safety at our locations and work closely with work safety You coordinate work orders, commission external companies and instruct craft businesses You monitor the building control technology (heating, ventilation, light, compressed air and electrics) and initiate appropriate measures in case of malfunctions You take over the role as responsible electrical power (VEFK)

A completed training as an electric master (m/w/d) for energy and building technology Multiannual professional experience in electrical, energy or building technology Joy of communication, leadership and motivation – you need a good team together Ideally first experience in personnel management A good technical understanding of the interaction of systems, systems and equipment
