Manager Corporate Tax / Direct Taxes (m/f/d)

As Manager:in Direct Taxes (m/w/d), you will be advising our Group companies in the field of national and international income taxes as well as managing and coordinating individual projects. Your goal: secure tax compliance and communicate complex tax content in a comprehensible way. Advising the German segment companies in tax and accounting issues including the creation of German tax returns Examination of tax rulings, application of legal instruments and supervision of tax audits Responsibility for carrying out ongoing and latent tax calculations of the German segment companies for the HGB and IFRS financial statements including Planning of tax payments Own-sponsored support of the foreign segment companies with regard to cross-border situations (e.g. farms, source taxes) and monitoring of foreign audits Support under the Global Minimum Tax (Pillar 2) obligations and Review of Foreign Tax Reporting Packages according to IAS 12 and IAS 34 Development of guidelines, policies and leaflets for income taxes Recognize and implement process improvements and drive automation and digitization Tax support in M&A activities and roll-out of important TAX-CMS elements

Senior Consultant (m/w/d) Multiannual experience in an internationally established corporate tax department or alternatively in an internationally oriented tax consultancy or audit Extensive understanding of economic relationships and financial key figures Experience in dealing with financial authorities and auditors Safe handling of various internal and external stakeholders and a high degree of autonomy Digital affinity and high process understanding as well as interest in building efficient processes and IT systems Knowledge of expert software for creating tax returns (e.g. GTC Suite) and SAP (especially S/4HANA) Very good presentation skills as well as the ability to understand complex tax information – including different interlocutors – High problem solving competence and very good team skills Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing You do not meet all the criteria of the job ad, but do you want to become part of the #GENERATIONTK?
