Become a Key Account Manager Pharma / MedTech (m/w/x) part of our expert team of an international outsourcing service provider for the (Bio) pharmaceutical and medical technology industry. Are you on it a key role in the care and development of our international healthcare customers? Together with your internal stakeholders at Harsewinkel's location, you'll ensure that we offer tailor-made supply chain solutions that connect our customers to the patient at the point of care. This position offers you not only demanding, but also sensuous tasks.

Your tasks Excellent customer support: Self-sufficiently you enter stock customers from the international healthcare environment and develop customer relationships based on strategic objectives (including cross-selling activities)

Continuous process optimization: With your team you control and optimize existing processes and ensure compliance with Service Level Agreements and a permanently high service quality

Full responsibility: In addition to personnel responsibility, the position is characterised by responsibility for earnings and budgets

Develop tailor-made solutions: Customized solutions and concepts based on digital or automated approaches, you develop and implement in collaboration with various expert teams

With you, all threads work together: you act as an interface between our customers and the various internal specialist departments

Your profile Successfully completed studies of economics, business management, economic engineering or alternatively several years of professional experience in key account management for international customers

Key Account Management Experiences

Good MS Office knowledge, knowledge of English and knowledge with ERP systems

High target, earnings and service orientation, independent and structured working methods, good analytical skills, self-initiative and team capacity
