In this role you play a decisive role in the production of high-quality raw plates. You will be part of a motivated team that places value on quality, cooperation and continuous improvements.

• You are responsible for the operation and monitoring of machinery and equipment.
• You make sure the production processes run smoothly and efficiently.
• You check the quality of the manufactured products according to predefined standards.
• You support the maintenance, cleaning and maintenance of production machines.
• You help to comply with safety and hygiene regulations by carefully working.

We are looking for

You bring a positive attitude and the willingness to teamwork? Perfect! No specific prior knowledge is required for the role as a production employee (m/w/d), whereby technical understanding and first professional experience are advantageous. Here are the further requirements:

• You ideally have first professional experience in production or in handling machines.
• You have technical skills and interest in production processes.
• You are physically resilient and ready to work in layers.
• You work reliably, precisely and independently.
• You have the will to learn new things and develop yourself.
