System operation is responsible for the safe operation of the transport network and the control zone of TransnetBW in the European network. The high-performance IT and communication systems necessary for this are purchased and continuously developed by the specialist department Spezial-IT. We operate our own state-of-the-art data center and ensure high availability of systems for our company-internal customers. In order to meet the ever-increasing functionalities and IT requirements, we are looking for you as IT Process Manager Operations & Security (m/w/d) at the Wendlingen site near Stuttgart at the earliest possible time. They take over the design, development and audit-compliant documentation of IT processes in system operation based on ITIL. They observe and integrate requirements of ISO 27001, ISO 27002 and ISO 270019 into the processes. They create process descriptions, coordinate them with the stakeholders and implement them pragmatically and slimly. They design seams to other (IT) organisations in the company with the aim of achieving the best possible homogenization. They are responsible for the central documentation of the IT processes of system operation at company level. They support the central information security management system (ISMS) and the information security officer in the field of processes and audit.

You have a university degree in computer science or business informatics or a comparable training with corresponding professional practice. You have already gained experience in the design of IT processes based on ITIL during your previous activity. You know the basic requirements in the field of KRITIS including ISO 27001, ISO 27002 and ISO 270019. They have good basic knowledge of IT infrastructures and have already gained insights into IT infrastructure operation. They are characterized by an analytical way of thinking, pragmatism and very good communication skills.
