Individually responsible and on-time implementation of the monthly wage and salary bill for the group (approximately 750 employees) Processing of reporting and certification for social security institutions and authorities Senior Account Manager (m/w/d) Cooperation with external partners such as tax advisors, tax authorities and health insurance companies as well as authorities and auditors Care of personnel master data and time management systems Creation of monthly reporting and adhoc evaluations Own-responsible participation in personnel cost planning as well as financial statements Implementation (digitalized) processes and workflows Development and implementation of a continuous improvement process Introduction of new projects, e.g. standardisation of the cross-site accounting system Partnering interface work on our HR Referent team as well as for accounting and controlling

A completed commercial training with further training in staffing or a comparable study Long-term professional experience in pay billing and operational personnel in a collective production company, at best of iron and steel tariffs and/or metal-electro tariffs Secure knowledge of labour, social security and wage tax law Experience in dealing with collective agreements and business agreements Routinized handling of a common payment accounting software (ideally SAP/HR) and MS Office Structured, independent and conscientious operation High service orientation, communication strength and absolute discretion Team spirit and sense of responsibility English knowledge of advantage
