Your background: You have a completed training or study and a multi-year-long well-founded professional experience in (key) account management, customer success management, project management, etc. ideally in e-learning or software environment Expertise in customer support: You have demonstrable successes in the care and development of customers and are experienced in building long-term customer relationships, including at international level Technical affinity: You work easily in software applications and quickly become an expert in it Customer orientation and consulting skills: You have a strong sense of the needs of customers and you can understand and clearly convey complex facts Self-employment and target orientation: You like to take responsibility and bring some drive? Perfect! Your solid experience in managing complex projects – from planning to implementation – with safe handling of KPIs and targets helps you Strong communication skills: Our customers come from various industries, regions and countries.
