In our family-analogous housing groups, children and young people live together with educational professionals in a family-like setting. The aim is to provide young people with a safe place of life, sustainable relationships and individual development promotion. Your duties As an inhabitantr educatorin / social pedagogical specialist (m/w/d), you can design a structured, everyday and reliable place of life together with the children and young people. You accompany and promote young people individually in their emotional, social and educational development. You work resource-oriented and strengthen self-employment and the social skills of children and young people. You cooperate with family of origin, youth offices, schools, therapists and other network partners.
