ALTEN/ HEALTH OR KRANKENPFLEGER (M/W/D)

YEARS:

• professional implementation and documentation of care and care services
• Support in everyday management and promotion of the independent life management of our residents
• Information transfer within the framework of handovers and team meetings
• Participation in error, complaint and improvement management
• Execution of medical regulations, observation and documentation of the state of health of residents
• interdisciplinary cooperation with other professional groups

IHR PROFIL:

• a completed training in a nursing profession (care professional or old/health and nursing staff (m/w/d)) with additional qualification
• constructive and reliable cooperation in quality-developing and quality-proofing measures according to MD specifications
• social skills and communicative and team-oriented appearance
• Ability to work and collaborative cooperation with the responsible nursing staff
