Product Owner CRM

Responsibility for the CRM system (MS Dynamics) in a global industrial insurance company Control of product development in an agile project context (Scrum, SAFe) Development and communication of Product Vision and Product Roadmap taking into account the business strategy Implementation of regular feedback cycles with the relevant stakeholders to adapt product strategy and improve user experience Professional leadership of an agile Scrum team including budget responsibility Active participation of meetings at team and program level such as planning, review or system demo in a scaled agile environment (SAFe organization)

A good degree of study, preferably of economics, economics, insurance or comparable studies Professional experience as Product Owner or Leader Experience in the digitization of insurance processes, preferably in the area of Sales CRM or in areas close to the environment Representative ownership for product development, product vision conversion and business value growth for our customers Very good analytical skills and an overall thinking capacity as well as a self-contained and structured working method Excellent communication skills, coupled with a pronounced self-initiative and motivational strength Very good English skills in word and writing (C1 levels) No one is perfect and not all career paths are straight.
