Project management of construction and real estate projects, such as commercial and administrative buildings, schools, banks and production buildings Participation in the implementation of public procurement procedures by VgV Cooperation in teams in complex major projects Creating and updating schedules, cost overviews, contracts Management of meetings and supervision of reporting

Successfully completed technical studies (e.g. civil engineering, architecture, real estate engineering, or comparable) and commercial understanding First professional experience (e.g. in the form of internships) and first practical application of HOAI and VOB desirable Analytical thinking, planning and organizational skills and communication skills Professional handling of software tools such as MS Office; MS Project and/or Oracle Primavera Interest and willingness to develop our methods and tools consistently
