Planning and introduction of new or modified products into series production Ensuring the timely and costly implementation of development and industrialization projects Cost determination and project costing Definition, coordination and updating of project and product requirements Detailed planning and control of the product implementation process Planning, materialization and timely implementation of prototype and pre-series Ensuring standard maturity from qualitative, technical and process-proof aspects Implementation of customer requirements taking into account relevant standards, legal requirements and internal standards Project controlling including progress, cost and risk assessment Creation and maintenance of the project and possibly Production documentation Implementation of training as part of product launch Optimization and maintenance of work plan creation

successfully completed studies of electrical engineering/mechatronics or a comparable qualification Experience in managing projects and project teams Experience with electrotechnical value creation processes Knowledge in the methods of project management and safe handling of project management systems (e.g. MS Project) good English skills in word and writing structured and analytical working style pronounced communication strength and enforcement capacity
