At RD/RSE (sustainability, corporate environmental protection & energy management) we want to actively shape this change at Mercedes-Benz and be part of the solution. We are responsible for the environmental and energy policy of the Mercedes-Benz Group and are, in relation to the environmental impact of products and processes, contributors to the sustainable business strategy. In our teams, we develop essential parts of the environmental sustainability of our current and future business activities, such as, for example, life cycle analyses of our vehicles. As part of the series and module group work, we are driving forward the development of more sustainable vehicles and strive to continuously reduce our use of primary raw materials in resource management. We support environmental and energy-related management systems, define product and production-related environmental requirements, create and support risk prevention at our factory sites through due dilligence processes. We are responsible for radiation protection and hazardous materials management and coordinate environmental ratings as well as all internal and external environmental reporting. These challenges come to you: Assisting activities for department management, including organisation and coordination of appointments and meetings

Conception and design of communication measures for the department

Planning and organisation of various department workshops

Interface to other departments within the Group

Creation of management presentations and reports on the presentation of the company's environmental and sustainability performance

Support of the team in operational daily business

The activity can start from January 2026.

Course in Economic Engineering, Business Administration, Economics or a comparable course of studies (ideally with environmental or deepening)

German and English knowledge in word and writing

Safe handling of current MS Office applications

Creativity and team skills

Analytical way of thinking, rapid understanding and conceptual skills

Commitment and reliability as well as independent working

General interest in the automotive/mobile industry/mobility area

Knowledge of the topic Environment and Sustainability
