We develop future concepts, technologies, components and materials for Mercedes-Benz Cars and Vans. As a team 'Future Interior' we explore and develop the interior of the future. In the development of innovative concepts and systems, we work together as an interdisciplinary team from various disciplines such as engineering, psychology and design. The spectrum of topics includes all aspects of the interior of the future, from room and component concepts to comfort and interior lighting functions. These challenges include: Visualization of innovations and ideas in an early phase from concept to hardware Participation and support of component concepts from the first idea to the functional prototype Creation of presentations and decision templates with high design requirements for management meetings Cooperation with the project management in designing project contents and building innovations The activity can start from March/April 2026.

Course in Automotive Design, Product Design or similar disciplines Experience with SubD modeling and construction programs Secure knowledge of German and English in word and writing Safe handling of MS-Office and Photoshop Commitment and team skills Communication and team skills Embossed analytical skills and strategic working Self-conscious and solution-oriented appearance Enthusiasm for new challenges Affinity for new technologies and current developments in the automotive industry Additional information: We are looking forward to your online application with CV, lettering, certificates, current enrollment certificate with a specification of the semester, if necessary.
