Temporary night on-call service for residential groups

More than 380 employees in the bbw Südhessen are strongly committed to finding their place in the job and in society with support needs. We offer professional orientation, professional preparation and training in over 30 professions, as well as supervised housing and “helps for education”. With this, we give young people with learning disabilities, disadvantage, mental illness or the Autism spectrum the necessary boost to actively take their lives into their hands. On the way we try new things, learn from each other and develop together. This is how we make everyday work alive and creative. In the area of living, we work together with a multi-professional team on the optimal pedagogical and psychological support of the participants who live with us in cared housing groups during their training or professional preparation. As a team, we support our participants on the way to a self-determined and self-responsive life.

To help you get a night out, you take night services based on a slight employment relationship. You are a contact person for the residents of the housing group during the night. Wake-up calls in the morning as well as closing services are included in your task.

Ideally, you already have experience in working with young people. You have fun dealing with young people and young adults. In addition, you have the ability to keep an overview and calm even in difficult situations. An esteeming attitude as well as a positive attitude and openness towards people with different personal and cultural backgrounds is of course for you.
