Process Owner O2C (m/w/d) 60-100% Laufenburg (CH) / Full time or part time / Working from home to 40% / unlimited

Acquisition of End-to-End Management for the Further Development of the Business Processes in the Order-to-Cash (O2C) Data-based derivation of the further development of the O2C process Control and prioritisation of process improvements and implementation of risk mitigation measures Close cooperation with internal and external stakeholders Active support of change processes and support of communication in the context of change management Responsibility for monitoring and reporting relevant process characteristics (KPIs) and deriving optimization measures Participation in the selection and introduction of new tools and modules Active introduction into retrospectives and feedback rounds to promote continuous improvements in the process

Completed study with focus on business and relevant professional experience in the process or project environment, preferably in the O2C process and finance/accounting background Very good understanding of end-to-end processes, digitization and the requirements of modern financial and procurement organisations Experience in the application and optimization of ERP systems (e.g. SAP S/4HANA incl. relevant modules or add-ons) and process management tools (e.g. Signavio, Jira, Confluence) Embossed analytical skills, structured and solution-oriented working and knowledge in agile methods Communication strength, persuasiveness and joy in cooperation with different stakeholders (specialities, IT, external partners) Change management competence and the willingness to actively accompany change processes
