Roughing and setting up of lathes by listing Preparation of machining and measuring tools Self-writing of NC programs Determination of processing sequences and technological variables Structure of clamping systems and clamping of workpieces (optionally with hoist) Processing and measurement of workpieces and monitoring of the processes Analysis of quality deviations and implementation of corrective measures Analysis of plant failures and initiation of remedial measures Monitoring of operating materials and implementation of simple maintenance/restoration work Implementation of order, cleaning and repair work

Completed training as machining mechanic Multi-year professional experience Experience in handling MAZAK machines and controls Knowledge of individual parts production and small series production Experience in crane driving (canon is advantageous, but not mandatory) Willingness to shift work
