As part of our governance, Risk & Compliance Team (short GRC) you accompany projects in the banking and insurance industry. Our projects include various priorities and range from the number-based actuary system, quantitative risk modelling modelling and risk management in banks and insurance companies to anti-financial crime, ESG and climate risk management. As diverse as our projects, our team is also set up: A great variety of subjects such as mathematics, MINT, Jura, VWL and BWL are crucial for our project success.

For our Risk & Regulatory business unit, we are looking for you as Consultant Internal Audit & Controls Financial Service (w/m/d).

It's waiting for you Responsibilities – As part of our team, you will address national and international banks, insurance companies and financial service providers around their risk management, in particular the internal control system and internal audit processes. Together with your colleagues, you support process analysis and optimization, or in the consulting and quality assessment of revision units. You also accompany our clients in the technical development of technology solutions. Process optimization – Increasingly independently analyzes bank and/or insurance-operated processes, develops optimization proposals and advises our clients on building and strategically aligning their internal auditing or harmonizing their risk and control systems. Specialization – In addition to process and organizational advice, you can also specialize and drive yourself on a variety of topics. This could be the participation in our “Internal Audit & Controls Product Development” with innovative technologies (e.g. Data Analytics, Process Mining or Artificial Intelligence). That's what you bring You have completed your studies in economics, (economic) informatics, economic law or a comparable discipline or will soon complete this You have first experience in internal controls, internal audit, audit or risk management. You will also enjoy the use of new technologies and interest in machine learning and AI technology. You bring strong analytical skills, communication skills and self-initiative to work in changing project teams as well as in different clients. You master the languages German and English fluent in word and writing.
