You are responsible for the strategic development, implementation and monitoring of standards for industrial coating systems You develop and establish technical standards for KTL, wet lacquer and powder coating systems - incl. Recipe adaptation and color tone development Internal and international painting processes strategically evaluate and release them - for example through audits, special releases or damage analyses In close cooperation with development, quality and external testing institutes, you plan complex laboratory analyses and product audits, perform these and interpret the results Internal stakeholders train you professionally on the topic of coating You control projects with paint and chemical suppliers and work actively in standardization bodies and in patent research In addition, you process technically demanding feasibility requests independently and implement customer-specific solutions

You have completed your studies in materials engineering, mechanical engineering or a comparable field of expertise You bring together several years of professional experience in the field of industrial coating systems and are well known with CTL, wet coating and powder coating Ideally, you have practical experience in painting technology You control suppliers sovereignly and take responsibility in technical projects - your experience in project management is a great advantage You think analytically, communicate clearly and act independently - even in complex technical questions Very good German skills are essential for the communication in the team and with customers - good English skills are advantageous Your readiness to travel completes your profile
