CNC cutting machine operator (m/f/d)

Operating and monitoring CNC machines for producing precise components Programming and setting up CNC machines according to the production specifications, i.e. configuring the software and customizing the machine settings (mainly CNC lathes and milling machines) Selection, measurement and assembly of the appropriate tools and attachments for the respective order performing quality controls of the manufactured parts according to the specified standards and drawings Maintenance and maintenance of machines and repair of minor disturbances Ensure a smooth production process while maintaining dates and quality requirements Documentation of work processes and results

Complete technical training, e.g. as machining mechanic, industrial mechanic or comparable qualification Funded knowledge of the operation and installation of CNC turning and milling machines, ideally with controls such as Mazatrol or Fanuc Experiences with MAZAK and TSUGAMI machines Experience in metalworking and knowledge in handling technical drawings High quality awareness and an independent, structured, careful working Good knowledge of German and English in word and writing Flexibility, commitment and team skills
