Landscape Architect Management of Green Spaces and Outdoor Facilities

SBH | Schulbau Hamburg is a state company of the Free and Hanseatic City of Hamburg. In conjunction with GMH | Building Management Hamburg, we as a central service provider coordinate the new building, the renovation, maintenance and management of the approximately 400 Hamburg schools. We create advanced learning rooms, reduce CO2 emissions from school buildings and build for generations of children and young people. With our actions we make a direct contribution to the common good and invest in the future of the city. Our offices are located in an attractive city centre location on the Stadthausbrücke, just minutes from Jungfernstieg and City Hall Market.

They cultivate the green areas and open areas of the Wandsbek-Süd region. They control our framework contract service providers:inside (e.g. in the areas of play equipment control, separation care, hedge trim, tree control and tree precipitation) and external specialist planners:inside. They carry out smaller redesign and maintenance projects independently. They take responsibility for project-related procurement procedures, acceptances and handovers. They work closely with the site teams from the building and object management as well as other external participants (e.g. school management, school building masters:inside and district office).

Required completed study (Bachelor or equivalent) of the field of landscape architecture or equivalent skills and experience You can also apply if you have a master certificate or technician:in the field of gardening and landscape construction, in conjunction with at least three years of professional experience in land management.
