The managed volume in this segment is approximately EUR 10 billion with its own balance sheet total of approximately EUR 1.5 billion.

Proactive contact with our customers who have not made payments due by phone, email or via other channels You are co-responsible for attracting overdue claims You negotiate repayment plans and installments with customers to settle outstanding debt You answer customer requests friendly and solve payment problems to maintain a professional relationship You contribute to achieving the company's defined collective and performance goals

You communicate safely and professionally, both verbally and in writing, and are sent to customers Your ability to negotiate payment plans ensures that you create a win-win situation for both sides When analyzing payment problems, you always keep an overview and find practical solutions You have the ability to conduct sensitive conversations with empathy and yet to act with determination You pay attention to the highest accuracy in maintaining account data and make sure that all regulations are complied with You have good knowledge of the application of MS Office products
