You take responsibility for the care of the tenants who are resident in the property: both of them are on hand with questions or problems At the management of the advertising community, you are actively involved in the coordination of actions and events You plan and implement actions and promotions together with the team to increase the attractiveness of the object For our clients:includes custom-made reporting that transparently represent the results and developments in the object You make sure that migratory rights and obligations are monitored, adapted and enforced In coordination with object security and technical management, you are also involved in ensuring safe and functioning operation

Start your studies at the IU with (special) abitur, a qualified professional degree or as a national.
