Conception & Revision of training documents in the field of hard and software for presence training, online training and e-learning, according to didactical-methodic principles Independent appointment, preparation, execution and follow-up of training for customers as well as internal employees at our locations, customers or online Use and development of modern learning methods Overarching cooperation with other departments and external companies Extension of your trainer skills through continuous training Participation in regular meetings/workshops to balance global training topics Support of the global trainer network e.g. through knowledge transfer

Multiannual experience as trainer for technical hard and software products in need of explanation (presence and online training) Representative communication and presentation skills Experience in creating workouts for hardware products (data loggers, controllers for power generation systems), as well as for cloud-based SaaS software. Experience in creating target group-oriented e-learnings or short training videos. Experience in the operation of common tools for creating e-learnings or Training videos are necessary. Experience in dealing with a learning management system (LMS) Knowledge of Renewable Energy and Electrotechnical Basics desirable Very good knowledge of German and English, other foreign languages of advantage. Travel readiness (approx. 30%) in Germany and within Europe driving licence class B
