Be part of our team in one of the most beautiful industries in the world and be responsible for: Responsible planning, control and implementation of complex POS projects (Point of Sale) throughout the entire branch network Development and implementation of POS strategies and concepts in close cooperation with various disciplines Monitoring and analysis of POS performance as well as existing POS processes and systems for identifying optimization potentials Regular reporting on the progress of the project to management and the relevant departments Coordination and control of POS system implementations and rollouts in stores Development of requirements for new POS systems and functionalities Evaluation and selection of POS hardware and software solutions in cooperation with other IT departments Ensuring the smooth operation of new POS systems and functions Definition of project objectives, budgets, timetables and resources in coordination with stakeholders Ensuring compliance with project budgets and timetables and proactive management of risks and problems Consulting internal stakeholders with innovative POS solutions and technologies to improve customer experience and operational efficiency Professional leadership and mentoring of project staff

Completed studies in the field of economics, business informatics, retail or a comparable degree programme Multiannual professional experience (at least 5 years) in project management, ideally in the retail environment, in particular in the field of POS systems and processes Good knowledge of current POS technologies, systems and trends in stationary retail Experience in the implementation and rollout of POS systems in larger store networks Very good knowledge of MS Office, Jira and Confluence required Very good German (at least C1) and good English skills Ability to capture complex technical facts, derive appropriate actions and implement them Team player with enforcement capability, and communication strength Self-employed, structured working and pragmatic hands-on mentality Nobody is perfect!
