Information processing (reports, e-mails and protocols) Create tabular overviews, presentations and forms by template German / French (technical specifications, instructions, documentation, repair reports and piece lists, reviews and travel reports) Technical support of other departments of the process chain and tracking dates Responsibility for master data and technical documents in the field of BU Create statistics, key figures and evaluations Organisation of meetings, travel, bookings and information exchange

Completed training as an industrial merchant or similar Good knowledge of MS Office and Adobe Acrobat Good knowledge in French in word and writing, English of advantage Independent, structured, solution-oriented and independent work High self-initiative and flexibility Embossed team and communication skills Multi-year professional experience Find out more about documentation
