These are your tasks: Inclusion and analysis of problems as well as independent development of solutions based on the group requirements Implementation of IT projects including documentation and communication with relevant stakeholders Independent coordination of internal and external IT and application service providers Documentation and tracking in the Jira ticket system Working in change management and implementing safety standards IT infrastructure support in the logistics centre

That's what you bring:

Completed studies or training in the IT field with multi-year professional experience Experience in project management and first and second level support Knowledge of server administration (Windows and Linux) Knowledge in network technology Basic knowledge in handling database systems Basic knowledge in shell programming, also in SQL Very good German and good English skills Flexibility for early and day shifts and readiness Communication capability, sense of responsibility and liability Team spirit, passion and humor
