Test Field Lead (m/f/d)

As a test field leader in Execution Flat Products, you are responsible for conducting complex automation and interface tests against a digital twin of the real plant. The aim is to test and optimize the engineering solutions to ensure smooth commissioning. Your duties include: Test preparation: Test planning and coordination with specialist departments (security instruction, schedule, resource plan etc.) Check and confirm test field layout (size, layout and setup) Test Stand Engineering incl. Coordination of measures for completion with specialist departments if necessary Check the simulation clarification of unclear requirements for test cases I-Test procedure: Implementation of safety instructions Planning, guiding and moderating daily voting meetings Documenting changes from engineering (Q messages) Plan, moderate and decrease tests Create and run the POC list and follow the status Ensuring the documentation of successful tests (safety, jump responses, sequences etc.) Ensure the quality of the completed tests (permeability through all fractions L1, L2 and visualization) Lead Open Points List Reporting to the project and the line First contact for technical managers and line managers in the test Current test Resources and schedule incl. Adjustment if necessary Technical Manager support during customer visits Final I test Degradation test organize Completion of final report I-Test Create Innovation Report together with Technical Manager Prepare Lessons Learned Event Together with Technical Manager Save Lessons Learned Tool Prepare and pass Open Points List I-Test for commissioning

You have a completed study of electrical engineering, mechatronics or comparable training or corresponding professional experience.
