SAP Enablement Specialist - remote DE (m/f/d)

As an SAP trainer, you are responsible for the planning, execution and refurbishment of training in the SAP environment. You provide users and key users with practical knowledge and ensure efficient use of SAP systems. You work closely with project teams, departments and IT. Exciting projects in the SAP utilities and Circular Economy environment await you, where you can actively shape training concepts.

You have the opportunity to work 100% remote within Germany, with occasional readiness for team events. Alternatively, our offices in Halle/ Leipzig, Oldenburg and Walldorf are always open to you for personal exchange and cooperation on site.

You design and conduct SAP training both in presence and online for end users and key users. In doing so, you will set up training documents, manuals and e-learning materials and, together with specialist departments and project teams, will analyze the respective training needs. You support rollouts and the introduction of new SAP modules, carry out workshops and trainings on new technologies and applications, and ensure the continuous updating of the training content within the framework of new SAP releases and features. In addition, you document and advertise training measures and support the training and training system including the setup and documentation of process scenarios.

You have a degree or comparable training in the field of business, computer science or pedagogy. In addition, you will bring well-founded knowledge in at least one SAP module, such as EDM, MM, SD or S/4HANA, and already have experience in carrying out trainings and workshops. Your distinct didactic skills as well as your pleasure in teaching knowledge are just as good as your communication strength and your safe appearance. Very good knowledge of German and good English in word and writing complete your profile.
