Completed training for the social security specialist or as a merchant in health care and ideally multi-year professional experience Ideally business knowledge and first leadership experience Customer-oriented thinking and acting readiness and ability to adapt leadership to changing framework conditions A sense of leadership influenced by trust and confidence in the employees Willingness to reflect on your own actions and learn from experiences Joy in digital themes and to advance them with high implementation orientation
