Electronics technician/mechatronics technician for equipment construction (m/f/d)

We are looking for a successor at the Lünen site at the next possible point in time

(unlimited, 35 hours/week)

These are your tasks:

Mechanical design, manufacturing and processing of equipment, devices, workplaces and special structures in metal and plant construction, including the integration of electrical, electronic and control components Construction, wiring and commissioning of electrical, electronic and electropneumatic assemblies incl. Switching cabinets and PLC systems troubleshooting, fault analysis and repair of mechanical, electrical/electronic, pneumatic and hydraulic systems Implementation of mechanical repairs, repairs, tests and functional analyses to ensure operational and plant availability PLC programming, adaptation and optimization as well as processing and technical revision of schematics commissioning, parameterization and fault diagnosis of machines, laser systems and CNC systems including processing and adaptation of 3D production data (e.g. Datron milling) Maintenance, maintenance and optimization work with a clear focus on mechanical systems and their reliability Support for technical building and plant maintenance and participation in shift management in the technical environment Technical documentation and continuous improvement and stabilization of mechanical and electrotechnical systems

This is your profile:

Graduated training as an electronic, mechatronic, industrial mechanic (m/w/d) or comparable qualification Experience in assembly, commissioning and maintenance of equipment and in PLC controls (Siemens S7, TIA Portal) Safe handling of schematics, technical drawings and common production methods knowledge of pneumatics, hydraulics and control technology of advantage Experience in troubleshooting and diagnostic systems, basic knowledge CAD/3D desirable Self-employed, structured and solution-oriented working and team skills
