Master Manufacturing in the Production Area (m/f/d)

You actively support our layer manager (m/w/d) and take over the professional leadership for the teams in the fields of baking, documenting, preparation and packaging. During the personnel deployment and holiday planning, you get involved and shape them together in the team. You carry out independently attempts, evaluate results and carry out necessary measurements. Work security is your heart: you ensure their compliance and carry out training as well as instructions for employees. You're close to your team, pleading an open exchange and making for a transparent, daily communication. Exchange with other departments is, of course, a part of ensuring a consistently high product quality. Together with other layers and technology, you drive optimizations and actively implement improvements. You keep quality and performance in mind and ensure that all requirements are complied with reliably. You implement hygiene and quality standards consistently and develop them together with the team. You take measures to reduce losses and optimise the use of raw materials.

You have completed vocational training and additional qualification as a master (m/w/d) or technician (m/w/d) in the food sector. You can present several years of professional experience in the production sector. You already have experience in the leadership of employees. Good computer skills (SAP, Microsoft Office Package) and secure knowledge of German language in word and font complete your profile.
