Working student in purchasing (m/f/d)

The Purchasing and Contract Management department is the interface between the planning engineers who implement construction projects for the country and the exporting companies who are to provide the required services at the various construction sites. We buy everything needed to implement a construction project on the market. Support the Purchasing and Contract Management department in the following areas: You support the purchasing team in preparing and updating procurement procedures Communication with our internal demand providers from the specialist departments (mobility and construction departments) and with our tenderers You control the processing and forwarding of demand requests/procurement operations in the digital purchasing workflow Data management in SAP is your responsibility You support administrative and organisational tasks

You are organised in full-time for the course of economic or civil engineering, architecture, technical building equipment, utility technology, electrical engineering, real estate, business administration, law or a comparable course of studies (min. 3 semesters). Further requirements: You bring an affinity for topics related to purchasing with You are ready to learn new IT applications Your self-employed and careful way of working will make you profitable

In addition to your sovereign appearance, you convince as a team-oriented personality You bring safe German knowledge, which corresponds at least to the language level C1 (flowing in word and writing)

Depending on the personal requirements, a fee is possible from the E4 payment group to the E5 TV‐L with all agreed social services.
