Senior Manager M&A / Corporate Development (m/f/d)

Support the development of new business areas and the further development of our business model in the healthcare market. You are the driving force for our future growth. Identifies new business opportunities, structure strategic partnerships and successfully implements acquisitions - with the aim of developing BFS health finance into a leading HealthTech ecosystem.

What awaits you Identification, analysis and prioritization of acquisition targets in the HealthTech, FinTech and SaaS environment, as well as active development of new business areas in the German healthcare market Full responsibility for M&A transactions: from deal sourcing to valuation, due diligence and contract negotiations to successful integration Establishment and implementation of a structured buy-&-&-building strategy with a focus on embedded finance and digital, technology-driven business models Development and scaling of growth areas around payment, factoring, billing, working capital and healthtech platforms Analysis of relevant market and technology trends (e.g. embedded finance, AI in accounting, platform and subscription models) and translation of these into concrete initiatives Development of resilient business cases and preparation of investment and strategic decisions in close cooperation with top management

What you should bring Multiannual experience in M&A, Corporate Development, Venture Capital, Consulting or in the development and scaling of digital business models Understanding Business and Revenue Models in at least one of Financial Services (e.g. Payment, Factoring), Insurance/InsurTech, SaaS, Platforms or HealthTech Evidence of experience in evaluating, structuring and implementing deals including financial modeling Ability to detect market and technology trends at an early stage and translate them into scalable business ideas Entrepreneurial mindset, strong hands-on mentality and joy in building topics from “0 to 1” Sovereign appearance, strong communication and stakeholder management skills as well as fluent German and very good English skills
