Credit quality analysis in leasing new business including rating creation according to banking standards Risk decisions in the context of appropriate credit property competencies and voting for senior decision-makers Funded object evaluation and collateral assessment based on common instruments and models Pre-decision on refinancing allocation Process control on the basis of the internal field specifications and ongoing process control and optimization as part of the further development of our execution organisation Continuous inventory monitoring and quality assurance of risk-relevant data

Minimum 5-year professional experience in a comparable function (preferably in a leasing company) completed economic studies, as an alternative subject-specific additional qualification, e.g. as a leasing specialist Embossed analytical skills in the context of credit assessments as well as in object and collateral evaluation Decision security, organizational & communication strength in conjunction with high service orientation High degree of process reliability, care and accuracy Special readiness for performance and learning as well as team orientation in conjunction with flexibility and design joy Handling the MS Office package
