Project management / project management of major projects (e.g. educational, functional, medical facilities) Structure and leadership of your own team, also possible in the shared management model Technical, economic and organizational construction consulting Take responsibility for tendering and awarding of planning and execution services Ensuring costs, dates, qualities and resources Implementation of target-actual analyses, development of measures and recommendations for action Contract and risk management of end-critical construction projects

Successful study of engineering sciences (engineering, construction management, architecture) and economic understanding Willingness to take responsibility in demanding customer projects Multiannual professional experience as an engineer in construction projects Professional handling of MS Office incl. MS Project Knowledge of how to use geoinformation system software such as QGIS or ArcGIS Knowledge of HOAI, VOB German language skills (C1)
