Responsible negotiation, design and testing of complex contractual works and model templates Assessment and control of legal risks and preparation of legal opinions and recommendations for action Monitoring regulatory requirements and supervisory procedures including communication with supervisory authorities Cooperation with external firms and service providers as well as control of external legal advice Advising the management and departments in all legal matters Accompanying judicial and extrajudicial disputes (Arbitration/ Litigation) Advising colleagues from various departments on all legal matters of a credit institution Communication with supervisory authorities, auditing companies and customers

You have successfully completed the 1st and 2nd legal state exams and can demonstrate a multi-year professional experience in the banking sector Ideally, you have completed training in banking law, data protection or IT law You bring well-founded knowledge of consumer, contract and supervisory law (in particular KWG, MaRisk, GwG) and have many years of experience in the design, testing and negotiation of contracts You have comprehensive knowledge of regulatory requirements and interfaces to regulatory and risk management You bring distinct analytical skills and a high affinity as well as understanding complex processes with You have a very good communication capability and can present your target group adequately and enforce yourself You work very structured, independent and independent A high degree of flexibility and self-motivation are obvious to you Very good knowledge of German and good English in word and writing complete your profile
