You can do this with us:

• Operation, maintenance and maintenance of HKLS systems (heating, air conditioning, ventilation, sanitation) in existing buildings
• troubleshooting, troubleshooting and quick problem solutions
• Standby service or Emergency service according to operational plan
• Implementation of routine checks, documentation of maintenance and work reports
• Participation in building inspections, deficiencies reports and repetition checks

We wish you:

• Complete training in a technical or craft occupation, e.g. plant mechanic SHK, heating and ventilation engineer, gas and water installer (w/m/d)
• First professional experience in building technology | Haustechnik | Hausverwaltung or in mobile home technology of advantage
• Craft skills, customer-oriented appearance and action as well as team skills
• Willingness to participate in the call readiness service (including additional remuneration)
• Class B licence
