As a production employee (m/w/d) with us in Coswig, you will be able to actively contribute to the production of high-quality products. So that our production processes run like lubricated, we need your active support. During shift operation, you will take our production on tour and be part of a dynamic team!

• Operation and monitoring of production plants
• Implementation of quality controls and documentation
• Maintenance and repair work on machines
• Support in optimizing production processes
• Active introduction of own ideas to improve workflows

We are looking for

You have 3-5 years of experience in production or a comparable area? Perfect! We are looking for people who are committed and willing to take responsibility. Team spirit and fun at work are of course a must!

• Complete vocational training in the technical or craft sector of advantage
• Multiannual experience in production
• Careful and reliable operation
• shift readiness (spring, late and night shifts)
• Technical understanding and ideally experience in handling machines
• Flexibility and team skills
