Project coordinator for the ''Hülshof - The Malteser Hospice and Grief Centre'' in Dortmund (m/f/d)

The project coordination supports the overall management in the implementation and further development of the centre by becoming a vision-based practice. In doing so, the body combines conceptual work with operational implementation Close cooperation with the overall management, the Press and Public Relations Unit and the Fundraising Unit Creation of a cooperation concept with the professions on site Finalization of the spatial utilization concept with the professions on site Further development of new workflows and quality structures: testing of quality standards based on the QM, if necessary. Adaptation Promotion of a common hospice culture in the Hülshof Strategic public relations to announce the innovative concept: multiprofessional or holistic accompaniment of seriously ill and mourning people through the cooperation of the hospice service with additional/additional professions under one roof Integration of the Hülshof into the regional social, public and health care Support in (external) cooperation work Support and participation of an advertising concept for the Hülshof with the focus on: increasing accompanying figures and the acquisition of honorary office - in each case for the areas of death and mourning -, donation acquisition Announcing new offers from the Hülshof Social Media Accounts (FB, Instagram) Check content of the homepage for topicality Participation in the regular newsletter, Participation in regular newspaper articles Presentation of the Hülshof at selected informal network meetings/public events Call for tenders/acquises for open days Preparation and planning of the Jubilares/ Celebrations of the Hülshof

Complete studies in the field of media and communication management, project management, nursing science, nursing management, health management, social work/social education or a comparable discipline Remarkable: additional qualification or Training in the field of quarter management Knowledge and professional experience in hospice and palliative work based on § 39 a SGB V Experience in project and design work Knowledge of networking and public relations Competences in quarter work Safe handling of documentation and reporting Organisational, coordination and communication strength Empathy and sensitivity in dealing with existential life situations Joy in team work and supervisions Motivation to actively shape a growing center Identification with hospice work, palliative work and mourning work
